Here are three healthy, delicious smoothies you can make at home:
1) Strawberry Orange Banana Smoothie
[Makes 1 serving:]
Blend ¾ cup orange juice, 1 cup fresh strawberries, 1 ripe banana and some ice cubes in a blender until the mixture is smooth and frothy for a flavorful, refreshing, pleasantly sweet and creamy drink.
2) Chocolate-Banana Smoothie
[Makes 1 serving:]
In blender, combine 1 frozen banana, ¾ cup milk, 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup and 3 ice cubes and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into 1 tall glass and enjoy.☺
